United Aesthetics Alliance (UAA) is seeking a Senior Director of Field Operations & Integration to lead operational excellence across a growing portfolio of plastic surgery practices and medical spas. This role partners with Practice Administrators and physician leaders to improve performance and patient experience.

Formación

• 12+ years in healthcare or multi-site operations.
• Experience with M&A integration or de novo openings.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L understanding.
• Leadership across practice administrators and physician leaders.
• Experience in healthcare aesthetics a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field operations across the growing portfolio.
• Oversee integration of newly acquired practices from diligence to stabilization.
• Partner with Practice Administrators to improve profitability and patient experience.
• Develop 30/60/90-day integration plans and dashboards.
• Drive enterprise operational initiatives and technology adoption.
