This hands‑on position requires extensive accounting and finance experience, with partnerships across operations and production. The role emphasizes cash flow, inventory, and cost accounting, with ERP and Cognos tooling to support reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Prior Controller or Assistant Controller experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with financial reporting and analysis of financial statements.
• Demonstrated expertise in cash flow management and working capital analysis.
• Budgets and forecasts in an operational setting.
• Deep knowledge of inventory accounting and manufacturing cost accounting.
• Ownership of month-end close processes in prior roles.
• Hands-on approach balancing leadership with transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting and finance operations to ensure accurate and timely financial activity.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements with insights for decision‑making.
• Support revenue reporting and financial analysis for visibility and performance tracking.
• Manage full month-end close and related reporting activities.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide hands‑on accounting support as needed.
• Oversee Accounts Payable processing and mentoring accounting staff.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
