Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a maintenance team of 5 technicians.
• Plan the team’s workload and support skills development.
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Establish equipment care standards and documentation; monitor KPIs and performance.
• Coordinate with Tooling/Form Management Manager on tool maintenance and stability.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support installation and commissioning of new technologies in 2026 to increase capacity.

• Semi-automated assembly line operation
• Increase in manufacturing capacity and equipment base
• New technologies and machines planned for installation and commissioning in 2026
• Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM):
• Introduce preventive and predictive maintenance concepts
• Establish equipment care standards and documentation
• Implement performance monitoring tools and KPIs
• Drive cultural change towards reliability and equipment ownership across production teams
• Work closely with the Tooling/Form Management Manager to ensure proper tool maintenance, availability, and technical stability
• Coordinate activities related to mold and tooling readiness to minimize downtime and extend tool life
• Lead, manage, and develop a maintenance team of 5 technicians
• Set daily priorities, supervise task execution, and ensure technical support across shifts
• Conduct root-cause analyses and define corrective actions
• Plan the team’s workload and support skills development
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager and Production Manager on issue resolution and process improvements
• Ensure alignment with quality standards and support stable mass production
• Work jointly on reducing scrap, improving process capability, and increasing equipment reliability
