- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in skilled nursing.
Responsibilities
- Direct overall facility operations and daily management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Assess operations and implement corrective actions.
- Lead through regulatory surveys, staffing stabilization, census recovery.
- Partner with corporate leadership during transitions.
- Travel or reside locally for the interim assignment.
