Job summary

Trustwell Living is seeking a Lead Cook to supervise daily kitchen operations, mentor the culinary team, and support menu execution for residents and guests. This hands-on role emphasizes high-quality meals, safe food handling, and collaborative teamwork with front-of-house staff.

You will oversee inventory and cost controls while contributing to menu planning, special events, and continuous improvement in service and presentation. A passion for great food and resident satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of culinary experience in a supervisory or lead cook role; senior living/healthcare/hospitality a plus.
• Experience with large-group meal preparation.
• Ability to read and understand recipes; work in a team; manage multiple tasks; communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Strong leadership and a team-first mindset; passion for food, service, and continuous improvement.

Are you a culinary leader with a love for great food and a talent for guiding others? We’re looking for a Lead Cook to join our kitchen team and bring both excellence and heart to every dish served. What We’re Looking For:
