• Demonstrated expertise providing technical IT services in a museum, research and/or academic environment.
• Experience with software development and infrastructure management.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology operations for the Center and establish IT goals.
• Lead IT budgeting, vendor management, and staffing for the IT team.
• Plan and guide major IT purchases and projects across the Center and Yale University.
• Ensure security, data backup, and reliability of IT systems and services.
• Collaborate with university IT and external partners to support research and operations.
• Deliver training and information sessions to staff on IT matters.
• Represent the Center in IT governance and cross-institution committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
