Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Day Shift
• NO On Call
• Registered Nurse License Required
• Long Term Care Leadership Experience Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with facility leadership and medical director to develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention goals and action plans.
• Establish a facility-wide system for prevention, identification, investigation, and control of infections, including surveillance.
• Maintain accurate records of staff development programs.
• Assess ongoing learning needs of employees to meet resident and facility needs.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing staff preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

License:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid within Maryland.
