The Collective Group, LLC in Grants, NM seeks an Interim Hospital Plant Operations Director to lead all aspects of facility management, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role drives operational excellence across maintenance, security, and energy initiatives while coordinating with senior leadership and vendors.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• CHFM certification is preferred or required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in plant operations/facilities management.
• At least 5 years in a multi-department supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, TJC/CMS, FDA food codes, etc.

Mansioni

• Direct all aspects of facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital projects for buildings, grounds, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA, NFPA, EPA, ADA, etc.).
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead long-term facility planning, space utilization, infrastructure upgrades, and energy-management initiatives.
• Provide oversight of Security Department and emergency preparedness plans.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing teams; present KPI and budget reports to senior leadership.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
