Job summary

Wilkes County Schools seeks an Interim Health Occupations Teacher to deliver Health Occupations courses within the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program. You will design and implement a robust educational plan to prepare students for employment, coordinating with parents, staff, health partners, and community groups to expand training opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing or nursing diploma from an accredited institution.
BS Nursing experience - two years within the past five years; AD Nursing - four years within past eight years; Diploma Nursing - five years within past eight years.

Responsibilities

Teach Health Occupations courses as part of the Career and Technical Education Program.
Design and implement an effective educational program for assigned students.
Collaborate with pupils, parents, support staff, administrators, health organizations, agencies and community groups.
