Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting initiatives. This role partners with finance and business leaders to deliver actionable insights and prepare materials for senior leadership.

Responsibilities include supporting annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, consolidating data, identifying variances and risks, and delivering concise financial insights. Strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with financial planning tools; Planning Maestro or other cloud based tools.
