Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building AI/ML applications, including LLMs or generative AI solutions.
• Experience designing APIs and deploying applications in large enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills bridging technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated or security-conscious environments is a plus.

Join a leading enterprise organization as a Forward Deployed Engineer, partnering directly with business and technology teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve complex operational challenges. This role combines hands‑on software engineering with customer‑facing problem solving, translating business needs into scalable, production‑ready AI applications.

Location: 3 days a week in Downtown Minneapolis

Hourly Rate: $90–110/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in highly regulated or security-conscious environments is a plus.
