Job summary

Tatum by Randstad is seeking an experienced interim CFO to support a PE-backed client in Philadelphia for approximately 90 days. This role requires strong financial leadership with a focus on keeping operations stable during the transition as the incumbent CFO retires. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in private equity, especially within the distribution sector, and should be available to start within two weeks.

$120.00/hr - $150.00/hr

Tatum was contacted yesterday by a PE backed Philadelphia based client who is in need of an interim CFO to support the transition of their current retiring CFO - expected duration would be 90 days. The details we have today:

• Incumbent CFO is retiring
• Accounting and finance is in relatively good shape with a good team, a bit of an outlier for the PE in a good way
• Board reporting, debt covenant reporting, financial close all in relatively good shape
• A bit of a "keep it stable role" and keep things in good shape

Must Have:

• Private Equity
• Must have strong distribution experience, specific to food would be good
• Must have strong Inventory fiscal knowledge
• Experience leading the Finance / Accounting teams for a company with the revenue size from $200Mil to $550Mil
• Must be on site in Philly offices
• Start with in 2 weeks
• Can commit to a duration length of 90 days
