Tatum was contacted by a PE backed Philly based client who is in need of an interim Distribution CFO to support the transition of their current retiring CFO - expected duration would be 90 days. responsibilities:

• Incumbent CFO is retiring
• Accounting and finance is in relatively good shape with a good team, a bit of an outlier for the PE in a good way
• Board reporting, debt covenant reporting, financial close all in relatively good shape
• A bit of a "keep it stable role" and keep things in good shape
• Gather knowledge while working closely with the retiring CFO - keep things moving in the right direction - then knowledge transfer to the newly hired CFO

• Must have strong Inventory fiscal knowledge
• Experience leading the Finance / Accounting teams for a company with the revenue size from $200Mil to $550Mil
