STRIVE NYC is seeking an Interim Executive Director to provide steady, hands-on leadership during its leadership transition and to guide the site as it prepares to launch a search for a permanent Executive Director.

Reporting to STRIVE’s President and CEO, the Interim leader will oversee day-to-day operations, strengthen cross‑program collaboration, and ensure contractual commitments are met, while coaching senior staff and maintaining momentum across Harlem and Brooklyn locations.

Qualificações

• Executive and transitional leadership experience guiding organizations through leadership changes.
• Strong management and coaching of senior staff across programs.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership for STRIVE NYC during the transition.
• Lead day-to-day operations and coordinate with CEO and program leaders.
