Job summary

Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Floating Executive Director to oversee community operations during the vacancy of the permanent ED. You will lead a team responsible for care, leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction while the ED search is underway.

You will have full operational authority, including budgets and regulatory compliance, and may assist in opening new communities. You’ll be evaluated on occupancy, satisfaction, and staff retention.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nursing Home Administrator license or equivalent.
• Experience as an Executive Director in senior living is required.
• Strong governance, regulatory compliance and budgeting skills.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams across multiple communities.

Responsibilities

• Act as Interim Executive Director and provide leadership during vacancies.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing decisions, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor new Executive Directors and build leadership capacity.
• Drive resident satisfaction, occupancy, and staff engagement.
• Support openings of new communities and ensure运营 consistency.
