In this contract role (20 hours/week, ending 1/4/2027), you’ll use AI tools to streamline copy editing and collaborate with the fundraising team to build advanced email journeys and personalized donor experiences across lists and data

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital fundraising or mass marketing.
• Experience using AI for copy writing and multiple executive voices.
• Proven ability to segment audiences and run A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Draft compelling fundraising emails for Oct, Nov, Dec.
• Ensure emails align with campaign messaging and donor stewardship goals.
• Build email journeys with advanced segmentation and data extensions.
• QA and accuracy across emails; collaborate with fundraising and design teams.
• Coordinate with senior staff to maintain brand voice and narrative.
