Job summary

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice Mobile Resource Pool seeks an experienced Interim ED Director to join Mount Carmel East in Columbus, OH. This part-time role offers day shifts (5x8) and is ideal for an RN leader with trauma center credentials.

Candidates should hold a BSN or higher (or MBA with a health focus), have an active Ohio RN license, and possess BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. ED management experience at Level I/II trauma centers is required.

Qualifications

• BSN or Master’s degree in healthcare related field or MBA with health related focus.
• Active RN license to practice in the State of Ohio.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, & TNCC Certification (TNCC preferred).
• 3–5 years recent ED management experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center.
• Prior ED Director/Consultant experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ED operations as Interim ED Director at Mount Carmel East, Columbus, OH.
• Collaborate with ED leadership and hospital teams to maintain patient flow and safety.
• Ensure compliance with trauma center standards and clinical performance metrics.

Job Qualifications

• BSN or Master's degree in Healthcare related field or MBA with Health related focus
• Active RN License to practice State of Ohio
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, & TNCC Certification (TNCC preferred)
• 3-5 years recent ED management working in Level I or Level II Trauma Center
• Must have prior ED Director/Consultant experience with Level I or Level II trauma center

Gross Weekly Rate: $4800
