Qualifications

• Masters degree preferred.
• Past experience as a Surgical Services Manager/Director.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 functions of the assigned Surgery and related departments.
• Review goals, policies, and budgets; participate in QI with staff and physicians.
• Manage OR staffing with OR Manager and supervisors.
• Lead with business acumen and strong communication.
• Other duties, as assigned.
