We have an immediate need for an Interim Director of Nursing - Surgery Center in the Southwest. This is a 3-month assignment with benefits including temporary furnished housing, a rental car, and trips home.

About the role:

• Manage 6 ORs
• Handle 500+ cases per month
• Lead a team of 45 FTEs and 5 direct reports
• Lead initiatives such as implementing the EHR system (eChart), ensuring quality and clinical excellence across the ASC, and spearheading the QAPI program

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of recent Director of Nursing experience within an Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Recent interim leadership experience is highly preferred
• BSN required
• Compact RN license is a plus
