Our team at BrainWorks is actively working to fill an urgent Interim FP&A Director/Manager need for growing beauty products manufacturer. The role is slated for 3 months to assist during a period of transition and will be an immediate value-add to the hiring manager.

Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: ~$80/HR (depending on experience)
Duration: 3 Months (with potential for extension)

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of progressive Finance and FP&A experience
• 2+ years of Director level experience
• Experience with FP&A in a mid-sized manufacturing environment; hands-on with costing and labor analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience within the cosmetics or health & wellness manufacturing industry
• Cost Accounting experience
• Experience with Planful, Qlikview, and/or AS400
