Job summary

HireUp Leadership is seeking an Interim Director of Cost Accounting & Revenue Integrity to lead and stabilize the cost accounting and revenue integrity functions during a leadership transition. The role involves direct, hands-on management of a ~10-person team and a focus on modernizing manual processes.

You will oversee close processes and work with audit prep and financial controls. The position requires strong experience in Revenue Integrity and CDM, with the aim of maintaining accurate

• Experience leading cost accounting, revenue integrity, and CDM teams.
• Hands-on leadership during transition to stabilize operations.
• Strong track record in improving manual processes in finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cost Accounting, Revenue Integrity, CDM, Charge Reconciliation, and Revenue Accounting functions.
• Lead a team of ~10 FTEs with hands-on leadership.
• Stabilize team operations during leadership transition and ensure timely close.
• Assess and modernize highly manual processes across cost accounting and revenue integrity.
• Support year-end close and financial audit preparation.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to optimize revenue recognition controls.
