You will report to the Chief Financial Officer and oversee five direct reports, coordinating with physicians and clinical teams to drive timely transitions of care.

The ideal candidate has director-level HIM experience, case management expertise, CCM or ACM-RN certification, and strong collaboration and communication

• Strong collaboration with physicians and clinical teams.
