Job summary

Brentwood School in Los Angeles a seeks a temporary Digital Media Manager to oversee social media and digital content from November 2026 through May 2027. This fast-paced, mission-driven role requires collaboration with the Communications Team and regular event coverage on two campuses.

You will craft content calendars, edit photos and video, and support weekly family communications while adhering to Brentwood School’s brand guidelines and calendar workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years managing social media for an organization; education sector preferred.
• Excellent content creation skills with photo/video ability.
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Proficiency with scheduling on SproutSocial and major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Publish and manage weekly content calendars across school platforms.
• Capture photos/videos at events and produce on-brand graphics and short videos.
• Coordinate with departments to gather stories and maintain brand voice.
• Assist in weekly family communications and ensure timely submissions.
• Attend meetings and support other digital marketing tasks as needed.
