Job summary

Oakland Christian School is seeking a Digital Media & Communications Coordinator to manage social media, the school website, ParentSquare, and digital displays. You will gather content from teachers, students, parents, and alumni to share life at OCS, ensuring timely, accurate communication across channels.

You will support enrollment marketing, coordinate across departments, and help create marketing materials and campaigns. Strong writing, Canva, and basic photo/video editing are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to create clear, engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
• Experience with Canva and basic photo/video editing.

Responsibilities

• Manage OCS social media accounts and regularly create and post content.
• Keep website current with photos, stories, announcements, and updates.
• Coordinate ParentSquare posts and school communications.
• Create and publish the weekly Campus Connection newsletter.
• Support marketing efforts with materials and paid social campaigns.
