Job summary

Amazon is seeking a self‑motivated Interim Delivery Trainer to join Delivery Training & Programs in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will mentor Delivery Associates, lead large-group training, and conduct drive‑alongs to instill safe practices and high performance.

This role trains across safety, quality and productivity, partners with DSPs and operations, tracks results, and provides timely reporting. Travel up to 50% may be required and candidates must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to guide and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 people.
• Coordinate with DSPs and managers to measure training activities.
• Track performance and provide retraining opportunities.
• Prepare reporting on trainings, safety, and maintenance.
• Educate and audit driver safety and compliance.
• Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of home station and up to 50% travel.
• Lead as a peer trainer when needed.
