The ideal candidate will focus on staff engagement, quality outcomes, trauma response improvement, and organizational growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active OR RN license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations across four units.
• Lead staffing, patient experience, engagement, financial stewardship, growth strategies, and nursing/operational workflows.
• Evaluate department structure and staff performance for growth.
• Focus on staff engagement, quality outcomes, decision-making, and trauma response improvement.
• Start date within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
