Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant (Consultant) for the Dallas area. The role focuses on factory accounting, month-end close, and revenue recognition in a manufacturing environment. The consultant must work onsite and operate independently once up and running.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and about 3 years of experience, with expert Excel skills and strong knowledge of standard costing and ASC 606. Contract engagement with 8-5 schedule.

• Bridge data gaps between the current system and manual spreadsheets to provide actionable information.
• Pass knowledge and mentorship to junior and mid-level accounting staff.

Senior Cost Accountant (Consultant)

Estimated Length of Engagement: 3 to 6 months

Location: Dallas Area

Office Environment: Onsite

Client Industry: Manufacturing

Skills Targeting: Standard Costing, ASC 606, Advanced Excel, Manufacturing Process knowledge

Project Overview: The consultant will take over responsibilities to oversee factory accounting and support the local team. This position requires a professional who can operate independently once up & running.

Location: Lewisville, Texas

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50 - 60 per hour

Work Hours: 8 to 5

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 3 Years

• Deep understanding of Standard Costing and ASC 606 Revenue Recognition.
• System Experience: Hands-on experience with manufacturing ERPs is highly preferred.
