Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in financial management, reporting, and fund accounting. Controller-level experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, non-profit accounting, financial systems, and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teams across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial functions, including GAAP financial reporting, month-end/year-end closings, audit preparation, tax filings, and external reporting.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, fund management, and investment accounting.
• Prepare materials for Board Committees (Audit, Finance, Investment).
