This role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close.
Manage preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and supporting schedules.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Support audits, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
Evaluate existing accounting systems, controls, and procedures; recommend and implement improvements.
Partner with leadership to analyze financial performance and support decision-making.
Serve as a key liaison with external auditors, banks, and other partners.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management as needed.
Qualifications
