CFS, headquartered in Pickerington, Ohio, is seeking an Interim Controller to lead the accounting function onsite. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and a chance to drive financial strategy, process improvements, and operational performance during a critical business period.

You will oversee month-end closes, budgeting, and GAAP compliance, while mentoring an established accounting team and partnering with cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including Controller-level responsibility.
• Retail, consumer products, or multi-location business experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls.

Target Compensation

$135,000-$175,000 annualized, based on experience and qualifications
