Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to oversee outpatient services for individuals with substance use disorders. You will support implementation of evidence-based treatment frameworks, ensuring alignment with motivational interviewing and client-centered care.

The role requires licensure (LCSW/LCPC), a master's degree, and strong communication skills to lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care across the Addiction Recovery program.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed under IDFPR.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensed under IDFPR.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling to patients and their families in individual and group settings.
• Conduct lectures and participate in community outreach; identify concerns and refer to specialists when needed.
• Document assessments, care provided, treatment plans, and data in Addiction Recovery records.
• Provide educational support to the clinical program staff.
• Participate in marketing Addiction Recovery to the hospital, clinics, other health professionals and the community.
• Provide leadership to support multidisciplinary service provision in the department.
• Act as a role model and support leadership initiatives for implementing evolving best practices.
