Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is partnering with a manufacturing client in Palmdale, CA to appoint an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership during a transitional period.

The CFO will lead all financial operations, partner with executive leadership and the board, manage cash flow, strengthen controls, oversee audits, and mentor the finance team while supporting mergers, acquisitions, or system implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management.
