Job summary
Harbor Care is seeking an Interim Chief of Digital Transformation to lead enterprise technology strategy at the nonprofit's Nashua campus. You will accelerate responsible AI adoption, modernize core clinical and business applications, and strengthen data, cybersecurity, and interoperability to improve access and outcomes for clients and staff.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in IT/digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience leading major enterprise-system modernization (EMR/EHR, HRIS, ERP) and data integration.
- Healthcare, nonprofit or human services experience preferred.
- Ability to operate as part of an executive team and influence outcomes across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/health informatics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications in CHCIO/CPHIMS/PMP/CISSP preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital strategy and multi-year modernization roadmap.
- Oversee AI strategy, governance, and responsible adoption.
- Modernize core applications including EMR/EHR, HRIS, ERP.
- Ensure interoperability, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with ELT to align technology with mission outcomes.
- Provide leadership development and succession planning.
