Qualifications

• Prior experience serving as a CFO, preferably in interim or transitional assignments.

• Experience within PE-backed organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive finance leadership and stability during the CFO transition.
• Partner with the CEO, board, and ownership group on financial performance and reporting.
• Lead and support the existing finance and accounting organization.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational finance activities.
• Ensure continuity across finance operations, controls, and stakeholder communications.
• Support the transition from the current CFO while maintaining business momentum.
