Qualifications

• Certification by CT CSDE for appropriate grade levels.
• Department Chairperson endorsement (105) preferred; Intermediate Administration or Supervision (092) accepted.
• Experience with ECS program, Perkins Grant, and dual expansion pathways.
• Experience growing a 9–14 Early College High School with IT focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ECS program, Perkins Grant, and all dual expansion pathways.
• Grow a 9–14 Early College High School culminating in high school diploma and A.A.S. in IT.
• Coordinate and support Perkins-funded pathways, including dual enrollment or career entry certifications.
• Collaborate with staff to develop and implement pathways and certifications.
