Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Approve marketing bills in AppFolio and monitor budgets.
• Maintain websites, ILS, digital campaigns, and collateral.
• Coordinate with vendors and Regionals on campaigns and pricing.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns and leasing promotions.
• Track KPIs: leads, cost per lead, conversions, occupancy trends.
