Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Interim Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / LPN to lead nursing services in a senior care setting. The role supports the DON and ensures 24-hour supervision and high-quality resident care in compliance with federal, state, and company standards.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, have LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills and a passion for seniors.

Formación

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which you are practicing.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.

Responsabilidades

• Support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physicians’ orders and residents’ needs.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing to supervise Nursing Services 24 hours a day and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
• In the absence of the Director of Nursing, assume responsibility for clinical operations.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | LPN, you will be responsible for supporting and carrying out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and total needs of the residents. In partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON), you will be responsible for the 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and The Company standards, guidelines, and regulations. In absence of the Director of Nursing (DON), the Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | LPN, assumes the responsibility for clinical operations.
