INTERIM ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, HRIS
Location: REMOTE (must be in EST time zone and work 8-5 EST)
Duration: 6+ Months
Client won't be able to sponsor any visa.
MUST HAVE LEADERSHIP ABILITIES/STRONG PRESENCE TO WORK WITH HR LEADERSHIP TEAM
During the time of the ERP Implementation, the Interim Assistant Director, HRIS serves as the point of contact for the day-to-day operations of the HRIS function within Human Resources. The Assistant Director, with a consistent connection to the Director of HRIS, shall manage HR Information Systems and ensure that data pertaining to the workforce is meaningful and securely available. The Interim Assistant Director will have oversight of HRIS Operations, the HRIS Product team, and HRIS Analytics and Reporting during the time of the ERP Implementation, transitioning from PeopleSoft to Workday.
