The NARC Assistant Director assigns responsibilities to assure prompt response to patient needs reviews and maintains all documents and departmental logs and ensures quality measures. The NARC Assistant Director collects and analyzes data related to departmental performance indicators. The NARC Assistant Director supports the Director in all operations while assisting the department with NOC responsibilities and meeting the needs of the department.

Licensed Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Registered Nurses, Masters in Social Work, Masters in Counseling, Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, or Masters of Psychology required.
Prior intake, assessment, admission and crisis intervention experience with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting. Supervisory experience preferred.
Prefer knowledge of hospital admissions functions, psychological assessment and risk assessment, psychiatric diagnoses symptomology, basic chemical dependency, age specific growth and development and crisis and behavior management.
