Job summary

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Interim Director of Analytics to join their team. You''ll drive strategic process improvement, manage complex analytics projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations.

You will lead cross-functional data initiatives and champion governance across data resources. As a senior leader, you will design and build scalable data platforms, influence decentralized teams, and guide the Data & AI function across data in transit, data at rest,

Qualifications

• Databricks certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering or related areas with leadership.
• Healthcare data experience including EHR and interoperability.
• Experience designing, building, modernizing, or scaling data platforms.
• Experience with Databricks/lakehouse architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical, architect-level leader who can design and build data platforms.
• Operate within a cross-matrix structure with decentralized data resources.
• Influence, align, and bring together decentralized data teams and resources.
• The Data & AI organization spans Data in Transit, Data at Rest, and Data Products.
