Job summary

Aspire Public Schools is seeking an Expanded Learning Site Director (Interim) to lead the after-school program at a California site. You will partner with the Principal, design schedules, and supervise staff to meet academic and social-emotional goals while upholding Aspire values.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience in education management or nonprofit settings. Health benefits, tuition reimbursement, and other perks are included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 college units required.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as a teacher, teacher intern, or teaching assistant preferred.
• Management experience in a nonprofit, school, or service business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal to plan and oversee the After School Program.
• Design and manage schedules; track attendance and records per Aspire procedures.
• Supervise and coach After School Program staff; ensure student safety and engagement.
