Interim Accounting Manager, Accounting Advisory & Outsourcing

This role is responsible for supporting clients with various tasks within the accounting and finance functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Function in various capacities including Accounting Manager, Controller, or Project Manager for clients.
• Manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously.
• Prepare miscellaneous accounting reports.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.
• Oversee all aspects of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
• Perform due diligence procedures for clients.
• Assist clients with SEC Reporting.
• Resolve complex accounting issues and assist with implementation of new accounting standards like ASC606 and ASC842.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, required; focus in Accounting preferred.
• Five or more years of related experience, required.
• Experience with public, private, or private equity companies, required.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP, required.
• Experience with MS Excel at an advanced level, preferred.
• CPA certification, preferred.
