Newell Brands is seeking an Interim 2nd Assistant Store Manager for Manchester, NH. You will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitable top-line growth.

You will coach staff, manage onboarding, and help execute store operations, inventory control, and loss prevention while upholding Newell Brand Values in a fragrance-filled environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Retail management experience preferred (2 years).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency with retail software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
