Qualifications

• Five years of experience in child support enforcement.
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus two years in child support enforcement.
• A bachelor’s degree plus two years in child support enforcement.
• A master’s degree plus one year in child support enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Initial point of contact for intergovernmental child support requests.
• Determine required services for each incoming case.
• Answer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone, email and correspondence.
• Serve as contact for Louisiana Central Registry and State Administrator details.
• Process interstate packets and support data reliability audits.
