Job summary

Music Ministry International seeks a part-time AM Coordinator to support Airmen at Hill AFB. The role focuses on spiritual resilience, community connection, and leadership development within an interfaith framework.

Responsibilities include monthly events, annual retreats, volunteer recruitment, budgeting, and reporting to CIC and Chaplaincy staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in theology/ministry, experience with military personnel, and the ability to work within a military

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or equivalent from an accredited college.
• At least five years of ministry experience with military service members (preferred).
• Ability to operate within a military structure and environment.
• Commitment to inclusive, multi-faith environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute ministry events in coordination with CIC and Wing Chaplain.
• Organize monthly activities, retreats, and leadership development for Airmen.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for AM program support.
• Prepare annual APF/CTOF budgets in consultation with CIC.
• Provide monthly program reports with attendance, activities, and evaluations.
