Job summary

Airmen’s Ministry Center is seeking a part-time AM Leader to support spiritual readiness for single Airmen. The role emphasizes interfaith ministry, community building, and leadership development within a military environment at Hill AFB.

The contractor will plan events, recruit volunteers, manage budgets, and ensure timely reporting to CIC and Chaplain Corps staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in theology or ministry, spiritual maturity, and the ability to operate within military

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or equivalent from an accredited university/college.
• Five+ years in ministry to military service members (preferred).
• Able to work within a military structure and environment.
• Respect for all faith groups in an inclusive environment.
• Spiritual maturity and resiliency to guide and sustain Airmen.
• Submit full resume for personnel performing services.
• Submit background check applications within 20 working days after award.

Responsibilities

• Plan events through CIC; obtain approval before advertising.
• Plan monthly events and community service projects for Airmen.
• Provide annual retreats for dorm residents and Hill AFB Airmen.
• Coordinate annual weekend spiritual retreat for single airmen through CIC.
• Lead weekly events and faith-based activities.
• Develop annual calendar of trips, retreats, and leadership opportunities.
