Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required or within 12 months of hire.
• Valid Montana driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Preferred: BSN and 3+ years in ED/ICU or transport settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Critical Care Transport Paramedic to plan and deliver advanced/critical care per protocol.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, interpret diagnostics, and adjust care during transport.
• Administer medications, titrate infusions, manage advanced airways, and provide ventilatory support as permitted.
• Prepare, load, and secure patients and equipment; ensure readiness before movement.
• Complete accurate ePCR and handoffs to receiving staff; communicate with dispatch and receiving facilities.
