Job summary

QCS Staffing in the United States is seeking a Construction and Logistics Senior Manager for a major expansion project based in Tarrytown, NY, on an initial 12‑month contract.

You will liaise with the Loop Road project team and senior leaders, updating schedules, milestones and issues, and help prepare presentations for leadership. Candidates should hold a degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management with licensure preferred and extensive supervisory pharma‑R&D experience.

Qualifications

• Professional licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Loop Road project team, Director of Facilities Project Management and ED&C; advise on project schedule status and milestones.
• Assist in development of presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Produce periodic Technical Issue Tracking updates and memorialize resolutions.
• Analyze constructability, means and methods, and logistics plans for sequence.

Ireland is a hive of activity for the Life Sciences Sector at present with global players setting up new and expanding existing manufacturing facilities all over the World. An exciting assignment has arisen to support a global pharmaceutical organisation on a major expansion project based in the picturesque Tarrytown on an initial 12 month contract.

What You’ll Deliver

• Act as the liaison between all members of the Loop Road project team, the Director of Facilities Project Management and head of Engineering, Design and Construction (ED&C), advising them of project and program schedule status and any critical issues / milestones related to the progress of individual projects and the over-all program.
• Assist in the development of presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
• Produce periodic Technical Issue Tracking updates that represent open issues and memorialize completed resolutions.
• Analyzes CMs means and methods and logistics plans for constructability including sequence
