The City of Philadelphia is seeking an Interface Lead to modernize and manage data interfaces across the OnePhilly ERP system. You will drive the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of interfaces between the core platform and external city systems, vendors, and pension boards.

Strong technical and analytical skills, rapid learning ability, and leadership experience are essential to guide a team of developers, analysts, and testers while ensuring secure, compliant data exchanges

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Five years of experience supporting enterprise interfaces and data integrations.
• Ability to coordinate technical work and guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead interface development from requirements to deployment.
• Define interface strategy aligned with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, banks, and city departments for data exchange.
• Establish testing protocols for HR, payroll, pensions, and benefits.
• Monitor daily interface processing and diagnose data issues.
• Ensure data transfers comply with security and audit requirements.
• Mentor developers, data analysts, and business analysts.
