Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Interface Analyst to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of system interfaces between enterprise applications. The role ensures seamless data exchange, troubleshoots interface issues, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Health Informatics or related field, hands-on experience with APIs, web services, and data exchange

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Health Informatics.
Experience supporting system integrations and interface development.
Knowledge of data exchange standards, APIs, web services, and file transfer methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain application interfaces and data integrations.
Analyze requirements to identify interface and data exchange needs.
Monitor interface performance and resolve data transmission issues.
Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate corrective actions with technical teams.
Perform interface testing, validation, and QA activities.
Create and maintain interface specifications and technical documentation.
